You provide the measurements, we provide the virtual tour. This is a series of renderings to assist you in knowing what furnishings, accessories, and various finishes will look like together in a room. These are particularly helpful in a room makeover situation.

This package includes:

• 1 hour of design time with our designers with unlimited email or phone communication thereafter.
• 3D virtual model of the space uploaded to a private link for you to view at any time.
• 2 model revisions.
• Furnishing specs, accessory specs, and finish specifications along with pricing of the concept plan.
• $50

Remodeling Visualization

This is for when you’ve been dreaming of that new kitchen, or wondering how a room would look once you’ve knocked out a wall to create the great room you’ve been thinking of. Maybe it’s time to get serious about updating that master bath or turn an unused space into a home office?

This package includes:

• Meeting at the job site* including discussion of the project and job site measurements.
• Follow up meeting once an initial floor plan has been created to make any changes desired. This meeting will show the virtual tour in draft mode so that changes can be implemented immediately.
• Fully rendered 3D virtual model of the concept space uploaded to a private link for you to view at any time.
• 3 model revisions, if required
• Color and sample boards
• Plan view, elevations, specifications for cabinetry, furnishings and accesories along with pricing of the concept plan.
• $300

New Home Visualization

You’ve been thinking about it for a while and now you’re ready to envision your new home because when you build it, you want it to be right!

This package includes:

• Meeting at the proposed lot site* including discussion of the project.
  Follow up meetings to discuss the project in depth and refine the concept to match the vision of the homeowner.
• 3D virtual model of the home including exterior, interior, room by room perspectives and animation uploaded to a private link for you to view at any time.
• Minimum of 5 model revisions, if required
• Color and sample boards
• Plan view, elevations, complete specifications including everything down to the kitchen sink along with pricing of the concept plan.
• This service will vary by square footage of the project and starts at $1 per square foot.

Whether you’re a business owner, developer, architect, or trade professional, there’s little doubt that most people are visually inclined. Make a high impact presentation with our virtual reality concepts. This allows you, your team, and your clients to understand how the commercial project is going to appear once complete. This is a great way to get everyone involved in the project on the same page and prevent costly change orders, delays, and frustration.

If you have design or virtual reality needs not listed in our service packages, please contact us. We’ve designed everything from tiny homes to large commercial spaces and we’re happy to provide the specifics you need for your project.

*We are located 10 minutes from Des Moines, Iowa. Pricing includes locations within 40 miles of the State Capitol Building. Distances further than 40 miles will be charged for required travel time. We have shipped kitchens, baths, furnishings, etc… from New York to Los Angeles and everywhere in-between. If your project is located outside of the state of Iowa we invite you to contact us. We have the technology and logistics you need to see your project become a reality.
